Returns and Exchange

Sleepy Wyrm accepts returns and exhanges. If your parcel gets returned or you request an exhange, we will contact you via email to confirm that your address is correct and you’ll be responsible for paying the extra shipping fees.

We’re not responsible for damaged parcels during shipment. We’re also not responsible for lost untracked parcels. We recommend buying tracked shipping so you can keep an eye on your order.

We usually do not offer refunds, but don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any issue with your order.

Currency

The shop’s currency is in EUR – Euros.

Shipping

All parcels are shipped from Valencia, Spain.

If you live outside the EU, your order may be subject to additional customs tax or fees upon arrival in your country depending on local laws and regulations. You are responsible for paying these fees.

Processing time: Orders are processed in 1-2 weeks (aside from pre-order items).

Estimated shipping time are as follows:

  • Spain (España): Around 5 days - 1 week

  • Rest of Europe: Around 2-3 weeks

  • Rest of the world: Around 1 month

Shipping time may vary for many reason, such as holidays, don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any issue with your order.

Regular shipping does not have tracking. All orders from outside de EU have tracking.
